The Brains (& Muscles) Behind Gritty Nutrition
Gianna Masi, Gritty Nutrition registered dietitian, and founder, spent all of her life as an athlete. Yet regardless of her achievements, she knew that her eating habits and nutrition could make her feel, and perform even better.
After years of sifting through fads, food trends, and a lot of trial and error, she found that the most effective way to look, feel, and perform her best is to keep things simple and enjoyable.
She now uses her expert knowledge from years of applied nutrition experience and education to guide others on their own journeys from overwhelmed to empowered.
